ADDITIVES

Additives give plastic products durability and additional desired properties such as antistatic, slip, durability, non-flammability properties, and so on.

CLARIFYING ADDITIVES

Clarifying additives are used to clarify polypropylene. They also strengthen the mechanical properties of polypropylene and increase the recycling temperature.

ANTIOXIDANTS

Antioxidants are recommended for all production processes. They help to stabilise the polymer, and also provide thermal stability during the polymer recycling process.

MOISTURE ABSORBING ADDITIVES

Moisture absorbing additives make it easy and economical to remove moisture and gas from recyclable plastic.

FLAME RETARDANTS

Flame retardants are added to polymer compositions according to the flammability requirements. Flame retardants are designed for the relevant desirable flammability class according to European standards.

ANTI-BLOCKING ADDITIVES

Anti-blocking additives are used to prevent film layers from sticking to each other or forming a roll in the film production process. Anti-blocking additives that do not affect transparency help to easily ruffle the surface of the product without losing its transparency properties.

PROCESS STABILISERS

Process stabilisers smooth, flatten, and polish the surface of the product, reduce or eliminate superficial defects in products (especially in films), and reduce friction, enable the processing of highly viscous polymers, and reduce or help to entirely prevent the build-up of deposit in production installations during the process.

SLIP ADDITIVES

Slip additives help to reduce the coefficient of friction (COF) in films and other products.

Cleaning additives are used for the quick cleaning of extruders or casting installations when switching from one polymer or colour to another.

FILLERS
